WaterJet Flosser Warranty
WaterJet produces dental product of the finest quality and surpasses the performance of competing products in the market today. All WaterJet are warranted from the date of purchase. WaterJet Flosser Ultra and Classic are warrantied 2 years from the date of purchase. WaterJet Flosser Nano is warrantied 1 year from the date of purchase. The warranty statement for each model is located in the instruction manual. A dated sales receipt is required for warranty validation. We will repair or replace any part of your WaterJet Flosser, that in our opinion is defective, provided the WaterJet Flosser has not been abused, misused, altered or damaged and was used according to these instructions.:
Use water in the reservoir or rinse the unit after using mouthwash or any other substance into the reservoir. Not following these instructions may void the warranty. This warranty excludes accessories and consumable parts. There are no WaterJet Flosser authorized repair centers.
